The session was titled:

From Using AI to Mastering It

The session focused on how professionals and organizations can move beyond basic use of generative AI and develop the ability to apply AI more strategically, consistently, and effectively across their work.

Rather than limiting AI use to writing emails, job descriptions, or summaries, the session explored how AI can support research, analysis, simulation, workflow execution, and organizational knowledge development.

Key topics included:

• Expanding AI use from content creation to understanding, analysis, simulation, and workflow execution
• Developing individual AI use into organizational capability through Chat → Skills → Agent
• Managing candidate data, personal information, and confidential business information responsibly
• Applying the Input → Process → Output framework to AI prompts, work instructions, and feedback
• Redefining the value recruitment firms provide in an AI-enabled business environment

Practical examples from the recruitment industry were used to illustrate how AI can support job requirement analysis, candidate comparison, interview preparation, workflow standardization, and organizational learning.

The session emphasized that effective AI adoption is not simply about using tools more frequently. It requires professionals to define work clearly, establish appropriate processes and quality standards, and continuously improve how AI is applied.

One of the central messages of the session was:

Do not use AI only to do the same work faster. Use AI to become capable of doing more valuable work.

As routine tasks become increasingly standardized through AI, recruitment professionals will be expected to create greater value by identifying the underlying causes of hiring challenges, improving the quality of hiring decisions, understanding candidates more deeply, and building trust with both clients and candidates.
