Coaching For Individuals

We partners with professionals and individuals who live, work, and study abroad to help them navigate critical career and life decisions through coaching

Living overseas often brings subtle but meaningful changes in values and priorities. Daily responsibilities at work and in life can make it easy to postpone reflection, yet unspoken questions and a sense of misalignment tend to build quietly over time.
Rather than offering ready made answers, we provide structured space for reflection and dialogue. We help clients step back, organize their current situation, and intentionally shape how they want to live and work going forward, based on their own values and decisions.

What Is Coaching-A Beginner's Guide to the Basics and How It Works

If you're looking to grow toward goals that truly reflect who you are, coaching can be a powerful support on your journey. Through meaningful dialogue, coaching helps you discover the strength and potential within yourself and take action. If you’re curious about what coaching really is and how it can benefit you, we invite you to explore this guide.

Global Assignment
Leadership Program

Turning an international assignment into growth as a global leader and a foundation for the next career stage.

This program is designed for professionals currently on international assignment or preparing for one.
Clients reflect on decision making, leadership, and management in cross cultural environments, as well as their relationship within and beyond the organization. The focus is on clarifying what is expected of them and how they want to lead.

While overseas roles often involve faster decision making and greater responsibility, time for reflection is frequently pushed aside.
We help clients intentionally step back from daily demands to examine how they make decisions, how they take actions, and how those choices shape their future. This process supports turning the assignment into a meaningful asset for long term career and life planning, rather than a one time experience.

Deliberately securing time for reflection ultimately improves the quality of decision making.

This program is well suited for those who

  • Feel unclear about the role and expectations placed on them during an international assignment
  • Experience difficulty with management or decision making in a cross cultural environment
  • Want to position their assignment experience within their long term career
  • Wish to clarify their career direction with repatriation in mind

Global Career
Re-Design Program

Turning an overseas relocation into an opportunity
to redesign your career

This program is designed for partners accompanying a partner on an international assignment.
Assuming career interruption and role changes resulting from relocation, we support clients in realistically organizing how they want to rebuild their work style and career.

Whether focusing on household and childcare responsibilities, working for a local organization, pursuing freelance work, or preparing for reemployment after returning home, we help clients explore options that feel both authentic and practical given their circumstances, and translate them into action.

This program is well suited for those who

  • Have experienced a pause in their career due to accompanying a partner overseas
  • Do not yet have a clear picture of how they want to work during the assignment or after returning
  • Want to organize realistic options while balancing family and career
  • Feel anxious about reentering the workforce after returning

Global Career
Launch Program

Connecting overseas learning and experiences
to future pathways and career choices

This program is designed for international students.
It is intended for those who are currently studying abroad and preparing to launch their career.

By reflecting on their academic and life experiences overseas, clients clarify what they have learned and the values they have developed.
At a stage where options such as further education, employment, returning home, or local employment can feel overwhelming, this is a valuable opportunity to articulate the future based on personal values rather than external expectations.
We support clients in clarifying their interests, strengths, and direction, and in thinking proactively about their next step.

This program is well suited for those who

  • Feel uncertainty about future education or career paths
  • Want to articulate what studying abroad means to them
  • Wish to organize their thinking before making major decisions
  • Want to clarify their strengths and areas of interest
